Site Upates

So after a few set backs, mainly deleting my database, I’ve gotten things 99% back up and running.

New Themes installed
New WP Core installed
and a few new widgets

Still working on getting the gallery widgets installed properly again, but that’s not a big issue, this the gallery link is working properly now.

All this was brought about due to a tragic accident that prompted me to originally just add a memorial page to the site for a friend of mine who passed away last week

An article was posted in the Mesa Tribune, that many began to use as a guest book for his friends and family, unfortunately it also allowed those who feel differently about riders to leave comments as well, thus leading to a backlash of words that in all aspects doesn’t do anything to memorialize Josh. That led me to to search for other online services that would better suit our needs, but alas one could not be found, so I started one of my own. eventually it will become it’s own self enclosed site, but for now it resides here.The page will include a photo gallery of Josh and of the memorial we had for him, with the ability to leave comments upon valid registration. the registration is to prevent what happened on the mesa tribune site from repeating itself here, and ultimately I will have final say.

Here’s the bottom line

If you don’t have something nice to say don’t say anything at all

This is not a meeting spot to talk about what’s going on this weekend, or what car beat whatever unless it is related to Josh- save that crap for MySpace and Amado’s

Respect what the page represents- if you have a problem with something on the site, or what someone said let me know, don’t vent through the comments let me know. But if everyone follows the guidelines then this should not be a problem.
