As holly_green pointed out, I stand corrected about the accents in Reign Of Fire, maybe not corrected as far as them being there, but more or less they type of accent being used. So let me rephrase my statement and clarify the one I made.

The movie is set in London, so on top of the almost constant audio effects over powering the dialog, one must also contend with, at time heavy European accents.

By European I’m refereeing to any country that speaks a form of the English language whilst being on the main continent/islands of Europe or what used to be Europe this includes from as far north as Norway and Sweden and as far south as to as Portugal, Spain, and Italy. And since The UK is the only country that I’m aware of in which English is the native language or preferred language that I shall rephrase my statement.
