I think I shall try to have a law passed that requires people to pass a compentency exam before purchasing a computer and then another profeciency exam before signing up for any kind of online schooling. They don’t let idiots�drive if they can’t pass the test, they shouldn’t let one own/operate a computer if they can’t pass either.
