I think I shall try to have a law passed that requires people to pass a compentency exam before purchasing a computer and then another profeciency exam before signing up for any kind of online schooling. They don’t let idiots drive if they can’t pass the test, they shouldn’t let one own/operate a computer if they can’t pass either.
